Designed for beginning to intermediate photographers, this course will help you get the most out of your digital camera. We’ll go well beyond the automatic settings to let you take control of your camera and all its features to create the photographs you’ve always wanted.

All classes provide practical advice in easy-to-understand language, as well as the tools you can use to become a more confident photographer.

Hands-on Class Exercises

Many topics covered include a hands-on exercise in class. Macro, portraiture, exposure and other important concepts will be taught via interactive setups in our classroom. While remote attendance is available, we absolutely recommend joining in-person for these valuable lessons!

Field Trip

An offsite field trip is planned as part of the course, providing the opportunity to shoot with the instructors and get help in real-time as you shoot! Field trip destinations are in the Cleveland area.

Student Image Review

At the end of the course, we’ll invite you to share two of your own images for an instructor-led review. This is the best way to gain feedback in a positive, constructive way!
