This award, named in honor of CPS’s first Community Service Committee Chairman, was established in 2018 to recognize the Community Service Program Volunteer who has demonstrated outstanding commitment and contributions to our Community Service Program.

Mrs. Flanagan has been a Cleveland Photographic Society member since 2015 and a Community Service Program volunteer since 2016.
One of her outstanding traits as a Community Service Program volunteer is her desire to improve her skills and provide the best service that she can. When she recognized a need for more volunteers to do portraits, she sought out and teamed up with Bruce Orr, who served as her mentor, helping her hone her portrait photography skills.
Her commitment and dedication to the Community Service Program is noteworthy and very much appreciated.
