Note: Families must live in the same household to be eligible for the Family Membership.
To set up the other members in your Family Membership, please follow the instructions below.
- View the subscriptions under your Manage Account page by clicking this link.
- Click Sub Accounts on the right.
- Click Add Sub Account. Enter your second person’s information. Choose a username for them.
- Check the “Send NEW members the welcome email” box.
- Click Submit.
- Provide your second person with their username. They can use it to request a password reset via Login > Reset Password.
- Repeat these steps for each additional family member.
