Note: Families must live in the same household to be eligible for the Family Membership.

To set up the other members in your Family Membership, please follow the instructions below.

  1. View the subscriptions under your Manage Account page by clicking this link.
  2. Click Sub Accounts on the right.
  3. Click Add Sub Account. Enter your second person’s information. Choose a username for them.
  4. Check the “Send NEW members the welcome email” box.
  5. Click Submit.
  6. Provide your second person with their username. They can use it to request a password reset via Login > Reset Password.
  7. Repeat these steps for each additional family member.
