d masters create such dramatic lighting with limited light sources and tec
hnology? How can we easily emulate that work today? This program is design
ed to walk a group presentation through the plan of attack\, show the equi
pment\, and demo how some of these images were made in a live demo with mo

work. His love of photography\, passion for art\, and desire to always be
the best that he can be in any field\, has driven him to excel as a photog
rapher\, artist and educator\, and fine art craftsman.\n\nDoug’s work ha
s been on display in galleries in New York City\, Washington DC Smithsonia
n\, Buffalo\, PA and Toronto\, including the world-famous Ontario Art Gall

work. Doug is gifted in his ability to view a subject\, see and distingui

search for the very best technology\, new techniques and tools\, evolving
styles\, and an idealistic view of the world\, Doug has become a sought-a
fter educator. As a consummate instructor\, Doug works hard to share his k

eir knowledge\, increase their sense of light\, create that which the came
ra is incapable of perceiving\, and explore the world as an artist. Doug h
as taught at professional photography seminars throughout the United State
s and Canada. He teaches classes in Adobe® Photoshop® and Lightroom®\,
post production applications\, high dynamic range\, painter\, and studio p

hours of the day and how much can be accomplished in one lifetime.\n\nAs y
ou explore Doug’s work\, you will surely see—and feel—the emotion an
d passion that he captures in every image\, whether in his dreamscape seri
es or iconic architectural images. As a sought-after judge of photographic
imagery\, Owner of AMP Studios\, a successful commercial portrait and fas
hion photography studio in North Tonawanda\, New York\, Doug often says th
at if an image does not exude passion and does not evoke a sense of deligh
 t\, sorrow\, sadness\, happiness\, or desire\, the image lacks the ability
to be a sustainable work of art.\n\nDoug is a master instructor and photo
grapher with over 40 years experience. Consider arranging for private less
ons from Doug Hansgate. Doug is an extraordinary teacher and has a gift fo
r simplifying things that leads to fast improvement.\n“Light is all we c
apture as photographer\, a master photographer has honed his skill to the
point where the subtleties of light and shadow tell a story that has impac
 t and drama”\n\n~ Doug Hansgate\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\
