The Cleveland Photographic Society isn’t your typical camera club. We are an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) non-profit organization located in Broadview Heights, Ohio which offers a variety of activities for members and visitors alike — from guest speakers to special interest groups, competitions to classes.

Pixel Connection is offering special access to CPS members to its Spring Demo Day. This event will include free classes, giveaways, cash for cameras and free sensor cleaning. To sign up, go to the Member Portal of the CPS website where you can access the registration page and password.
This SIG Meeting will deal with studio and artificial lighting. He will go over how to set up different lighting situations as well as camera settings. It should be a very interesting evening and as always, after the meeting we will break into camera specific groups to discuss individual camera problems and tips.
Start taking images with your phone because CPS is having its first Phone Competition on May 3. It will be a Pictorial category and images will be submitted through Shutter Score. There will be more details to follow but start to capture your images now so you will be ready!
Here is your chance to become more active in CPS and assist in running the club. A position that need to be filled is the Chair of the Competition Committee. What is needed are good organizational skills and we will teach you everything you need to know. This is an excellent opportunity to not only become more active in the club but to also have a say in the direction of the club.
